Il Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a Prosecco Millesimato fruit of the vineyards lying on the “Rive” of San Pietro di Barbozza, in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore area DOCG.
This wine combines all the quality of a 100% Glera wine, the grape from which the grapes are made to produce our beloved Prosecco. Cantine Vedova’s Millesimato is characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, a pale straw yellow color and a pleasant hint of a fruity bouquet, in which the scents of ripe golden apple, peach and apricot are recognized.
It is a Prosecco Dry with a higher sugar content, a feature that allows it to be perfectly paired with appetizers and to enhance the flavor of molluscs and crustaceans. This wine is also ideal to sip before meals, to accompany aperitifs and moments of conviviality.
