The Vino Frizzante Bianco Spago of Cantine Vedova is produced from vines of the Veneto. The white grapes ripen in the second decade of September, are harvested and processed with the most widespread method of sparkling wine in Italy today, or the Martinotti – Charmat method.
Thanks to this vinification process and the excellent quality grapes the Vino Frizzante Bianco Spago of Cantine Vedova acquires a dry and dry taste, pleasantly soft and harmonious with a savory finish. At sight it has a pale straw yellow color, characterized by hints of apple and pear combined with particular notes of yeast and light nuances of “bread crust”.
Ideal for accompanying appetizers, first courses and meats.
