Spumante Rosato CF – Rosarosè -Extra Dry
An excellent Spumante Rosato Extra Dry rosé wine from the Veneto region. Its scent is fruity, delicate and intense with notes of berries and hints of rose, a full-bodied, fruity and round taste with a pleasantly fruity finish and a fine, elegant and persistent perlage. It is perfect to be served with white meat and fish, and is excellent as an aperitif.
Casa Farive’s rosé sparkling wine is an excellent rosé wine obtained from the particular blend of Pinot noir and grapes Raboso from the Veneto wine-growing area.
It is produced with the Martinotti – Charmat method, which through a second fermentation in autoclave, allows to enhance the characteristics of this wine.
Its scent is fruity, with intense and delicate notes of berries and hints of rose , a full, savory and round taste with a pleasantly fruity finish and a perlage fine, elegant and persistent.
Spumante rosè has a bright pink color with purple reflections. To best enhance its characteristics, rosè sparkling wine should be served at a temperature of 8 ° – 10 ° C, it is an ideal rosé wine to accompany aperitifs and festive moments. It can be sipped to cheer dinners and lunches based on white meat and fish.
